This privacy policy governs your use of the software application MunchBuddies (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by NewNewNext.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used

The application requires access to your contact list to be able to send invites to the group you selected. The application does not store or collect information about your contacts and uses messaging application that you have selected on your phone.

The application requires access to SMS messages to send invites and receive responses. It performs this function only while actively running.

If you decide to store your favourite locations (restaurants, coffee shops, etc) these will be saved locally on your phone and will not be transmitted to us at any point during your use of the Application.

We do not collect any information about you, your contacts, your location, or your device. Registration is not required for application to function properly.
